Quoting your full name, address and policy number and indicating whether you wish to make a single or regular additional payment. For a single payment, please enclose a cheque made payable to 'CIS Ltd' with your policy number on the reverse. For a regular payment, please indicate the new total monthly contribution that you wish to make into your pension via your existing Direct Debit arrangement.

We have recently changed the way we offer financial advice and we no longer offer the service provided by our own Financial Advisers, both in our Co-operative Bank branches and in customer's homes.
