What do you need to do?

When we receive the details if the loan is insured we will inform the insurance company, who will process the claim. If the loan is not insured we will transfer any available funds from a related sole account to clear the balance and close the account.
If the loan is not insured and there is not enough money to clear the outstanding balance or if the only other account held is a joint account, the balance will become due from the estate.

When we receive the details if the loan is insured and the deceased was the first named on the account, we will inform the insurance company, who will process the claim. If the loan is not insured or the insurance claim is declined, the loan account will continue in the other party's name only.
