It’s much more than simply a makeover; we’ve also made some other important changes:
- CIS will become known by the two brand names ‘The Co-operative Insurance’ and The Co-operative Investments
- The Co-operative Bank will continue to meet your everyday banking requirements
- we’ve listened to your views from our online survey and made our new website much more accessible and user-friendly
- you’ll start to notice our bright new look appearing at our high street bank branches, and on all the other communications you receive from us.
