This fund seeks to provide a blend of shares and bonds from the best sustainable companies around the world. It’s aimed at investors who understand the long term benefits of stock market investing but don’t want to expose all of their investment to the risk.
We know our world is changing in some fundamental ways. This includes the emergence of nations like China and India, the growing importance of technology in our daily lives, increasing demands on healthcare due to ageing populations and the increasing need for cheaper and more efficient energy sources. Clearly the world is changing and this fund benefits directly from these changes and the exciting investment opportunities they provide.
What it invests in
The fund manager seeks out the very best sustainable companies around the world. However, unlike a traditional fund that invests all of your money in the stock market, this fund also invests in ‘fixed interest’ securities (e.g. corporate / government bonds and cash) which can add value either as an additional income stream into the fund or by helping to protect your capital should market conditions require. This gives the fund manager a powerful way of maintaining the important balance of growth while seeking to reduce risk.

Who it is suited to
Investors looking for medium to long-term capital growth via worldwide investments in multiple asset classes, but primarily equities with some fixed interest securities and cash.
Risk profile
Balanced - the fund is suitable for investors who are prepared to accept average, or slightly above-average risk to their capital, in order to achieve an improved potential return on their money. As a stock market-based investment, its value will fluctuate and the capital is not guaranteed.
