What else can I do with my Stocks & Shares ISA or unit trust?

	Transfer your other ISAs You can transfer both Cash ISAs and Stocks & Shares ISAs from other providers to your Co-operative Investments Stocks & Shares ISA at any time. We’ll work with your existing ISA provider to arrange the transfer, all you need to do is complete an ISA Transfer Request Form (PDF 0.2MB) for each ISA you wish to transfer, post it to us, and we’ll do the rest. £1000 minimum transfer limit applies on the Stocks & Shares ISA.
	Add to, or ‘top-up’ your investment The easiest way is just to send us a cheque with a covering note, including your Investor ID, indicating which Fund you would like to top-up. You should write your Investor ID on the reverse of the cheque as well.
	Increase or decrease a monthly Direct Debit If you make a monthly investment into your Stocks & Shares ISA, or unit trust, you can vary the amount you invest. Call us on 08457 46 46 46 and we’ll explain how. Find out about our call charges
	Switch the Fund(s) you’ve invested in It’s quite common for investors to feel that their attitude to investment risk has changed over time – maybe it’s time to switch funds? You can switch your investment between Co-operative Investments Funds over the phone.

Top common enquiries

• How can I find out how my Stocks & Shares ISA or unit trust investment is performing?

We’ll send you a statement twice a year, showing a cash-in value for your investment at the time. It will also give details of any income which the Trust has generated, any charges which have been made, and any withdrawals or income you have received.

You can also get an up-to-date valuation of your Stocks & Shares ISA or unit trust whenever you need it, by calling us on 08457 46 46 46. You’ll need your Investor ID to hand.

From time to time we’ll also send you a ‘Managers Report’ to tell you how we are managing your money. These are sent out at the same time as the income is distributed for the Fund, so when you receive yours will depend on which Trust you invest in.

• How do I notify you of any change to my personal information, like my address or phone number?

Call us on 08457 46 46 46 and we can make these changes for you over the phone. You’ll need your Investor ID to hand when you call us.

• How do I cash in my investment?

Before you cash in your investment, call us on 08457 46 46 46 and we’ll calculate the value for you. Then, if you want to cash in your investment, we’ll send you a cheque. We can either accept your instruction to sell your units over the phone, or we’ll send you a ‘Form of Renunciation’ which you can complete and post back to us.

If you want to transfer a Co-operative Investments Stocks & Shares ISA to another provider, you should contact the new provider and they’ll arrange the transfer for you – this means you’ll keep your tax-efficient ISA status.

• How do I receive my income?

There are three ways to receive your income:

• You can choose to add the income back to the fund for greater capital growth
• You can receive the money directly into your bank account by using the following form
• You can receive a cheque through the post when your income is paid-out
